About Donating

   We welcome anyone who can donate monetary aid toward our efforts. Your donation will help us build more computer classrooms and give children a quality education. We accept individual and/or company donations, and there is no minimum or maximum amount that you can donate.

Computer Classroom Costs
It costs approximately 100,000 China Ren Ming Bi (13,000 USD) to build a typical Internet-ready classroom. This cost includes equipment and setup fees, approximately 15 computers, CDs, Internet charges, and teacher training fees. A smaller sized computer classroom costs approximately 50,000 China Ren Ming Bi, which is approximately 7,300 U.S. dollars. This cost includes fees for five to six computers, CDs, Internet charges, and teacher training fees.

Benefits for Donators

 1.If an individual or company donates over 10,000 China Ren Ming Bi (1,300 USD), we will put the donator's name on the board of the computer classroom; the other option is that we will give the donator a certificate of appreciation.

   2.If a company or individual donates enough to build one computer classroom, we will name this computer classroom after the donator and we will give the donator a certificate of appreciation.

   3.All finished computer classrooms will have tapes, CDs, and paper information. The donator may visit the classrooms at any time. Donators may observe classroom activities via the Internet. Donators may also join a completed computer classroom ceremony, but the donator will have to pay all associated traveling fees.

   4.Large donations will be published to the media if permitted/desired by the donator.
